For purchases over PLN 500 gross, the customer does not incur additional charges for prepaid shipping.

1. Orders in the Store are shipped via:

- InPost 24/7 Parcel Lockers, prepaid, weight up to 25kg:**

• fee PLN 15.02 gross for size A,

• fee PLN 16.76 gross for size B,

• fee PLN 19.00 gross for size C,

• for cash on delivery, an additional fee of PLN 1.85 gross is added to the above prices,

- InPost Standard Courier, prepaid:**

• weight up to 5kg: PLN 17.48 gross,

• weight from 5kg to 10kg: PLN 19.58 gross,

• weight from 10kg to 15kg: PLN 20.57 gross,

• weight from 15kg to 30kg: PLN 23.69 gross,

• for cash on delivery, an additional fee of PLN 2.46 gross is added,

- GLS Courier, prepaid:**

• weight up to 10kg: PLN 16.15 gross,

• weight from 10kg to 15kg: PLN 32.30 gross,

• weight from 15kg to 20kg: PLN 48.45 gross,

2. Orders placed in the Store are fulfilled only on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. The delivery waiting time is usually 1–2 days. It includes the order processing time (collecting products) and the expected delivery time, which is 24 hours within Poland. For bank transfer payments, the order is processed after the funds are credited to the Store's bank account.

4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

5. Upon receiving a parcel delivered by a courier, the Customer should carefully check, in the presence of the courier, the contents and completeness of the shipment, the condition of the outer packaging, and the condition of the ordered product. In the case of damage, the Customer should draw up a damage report together with the courier in two identical copies signed by both the Customer and the courier. This report will be the basis for a customer complaint.
